"Food is love you can taste. That's what Wing Snob is all about."
Wing Snob is West Chicago's boldest chicken wing destination — born from a passion for bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and the relentless pursuit of the perfect wing. Discover the wingsnob story behind every sauce and every bite.
It all started in a tiny kitchen on the west side of Chicago, where founder Marcus Rivera spent every weekend perfecting his grandmother's hot sauce recipe. What began as a labor of love quickly became a neighborhood obsession — friends, family, and neighbors lining up at his door every Sunday for a taste of something truly special.
In 2016, Marcus turned that passion into Wing Snob, opening our first location at 200 W North Ave in West Chicago, IL. The concept was simple but uncompromising: use only the freshest chicken, house-made sauces crafted in small batches, and never cut corners on flavor.
"Every wing we serve carries the same standard I set in my grandmother's kitchen — bold, honest, and made with love."
Today, Wing Snob has grown to become one of the most celebrated wing restaurants in Illinois, offering over 50 signature flavors and serving thousands of satisfied guests each month. But our commitment to quality and community has never wavered.
At Wing Snob, our mission is to deliver the most boldly flavored, freshest chicken wings in the United States — crafted with care, served with pride, and enjoyed by every guest who walks through our doors or orders online.
We believe food should be an experience. That's why every batch of sauce is hand-crafted, every wing is hand-tossed, and every order is prepared to order — because you deserve nothing less than the best.
The principles that guide everything we do — from sourcing our ingredients to serving the last wing of the night.
We never play it safe when it comes to taste. Every sauce is crafted to deliver a genuine, unforgettable flavor experience that keeps you coming back.
We source only the freshest, highest-quality chicken and locally-grown produce. No shortcuts, no compromises — quality is our standard, not our goal.
Wing Snob was born from and for the West Chicago community. We give back, support local causes, and consider every guest a part of our family.
From preparation to plating, every step is held to the highest standard. We believe great food is the result of consistent discipline and genuine passion.
